Design & Prototyping

In Step 2: Design & Prototyping, our expert design team turns your ideas into detailed drafts, 2D sketches, and 3D models. After receiving your feedback, we refine the designs to match your vision. Once finalized, we create a prototype for review. This typically takes 7 days, providing you with a 3D sample to ensure all details meet your expectations before production. This stage ensures alignment and allows you to make adjustments before mass production begins.

Mold Creation & Testing

In Step 3: Mold Creation & Testing, once the design is approved, we initiate the process of creating molds using advanced technology. Our skilled engineers craft each mold with precision to match the exact specifications of your product. After the molds are created, we conduct rigorous testing and refinement to ensure they produce high-quality, consistent results during production. This phase typically takes around 30 days, during which we fine-tune every detail to ensure the mold is perfectly aligned with your specifications, providing a flawless foundation for mass production. We carefully monitor every stage to avoid any potential issues during production, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing. Once the molds pass all tests, we move forward confidently, knowing they will deliver consistent results in the mass production phase. This meticulous approach guarantees that your final product will be of the highest quality and ready for large scale production.

Mass Production

In Step 4: Mass Production, once the mold is approved, we move forward with the large-scale production of your custom products. Using the latest, state-of-the-art machinery, our skilled workforce ensures that every stage of production runs smoothly, with a keen focus on efficiency. We take pride in our ability to handle high volume orders, our facility has a capacity of up to 600,000 units per month, allowing us to meet even the largest demands without compromising on quality. Throughout the production process, each product is carefully monitored to ensure it meets our rigorous standards for consistency, precision, and accuracy. Our quality control team conducts checks at various stages of production, including during molding, assembly, and finishing, to guarantee the best results. Additionally, our team works closely with you to ensure that your production timeline is met and that we deliver your order on schedule. Quality Control

In Step 5: Quality Control, our dedicated QC team conducts thorough inspections at multiple stages of production to ensure that every product meets the highest standards. From injection molding and spray painting to pad printing, assembly, and packaging, quality checks are performed at each critical point. A final full inspection is done before packaging to guarantee the products are flawless and ready for shipment. In Step 6: Packaging & Delivery, after passing quality control, each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. Our logistics team offers various shipping options, including FOB Shenzhen, tailored to meet your specific needs and ensure timely delivery.
