Once the design is approved, we move into prototyping one of the most exciting stages of the process. Within about 7 days, we create a 3D sample that allows clients to see the product in real form. This step is crucial, as it helps fine-tune details, confirm scale, and ensure the final product meets expectations before committing to mass production.
After prototyping, we enter the mold creation and testing phase, where precision truly matters. Our experienced engineers develop molds using advanced equipment and proven processes. Each mold goes through rigorous testing and refinement to ensure stability, consistency, and durability during production. This careful preparation lays a solid foundation for high-quality results in large volumes.
Then comes mass production, where everything comes together. From injection molding to oil painting, coloring, pad printing, assembly, and packaging, every step is closely monitored by our quality control team. With a monthly capacity of up to 600,000 units, we are able to handle large orders efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.
