Once the 3D digital model is fully approved, we move to the next crucial step creating a physical sample. Using professional 3D printing technology, we transform the virtual design into a real, tangible prototype. This allows you to experience the product beyond the screen and ensure the design truly matches your expectations before mass production begins.
Full-Color 3D Printing for Accurate Evaluation
The prototype is produced in full color, helping you clearly evaluate the visual appearance, proportions, surface details, and overall structure. This step is especially important for character figures and collectible toys, where expressions, posture, and fine details define the final product’s appeal. What you see and hold is a close representation of the final production outcome.
Speed matters. Our 3D sample is typically completed and shipped within 7–10 days. We carefully package and deliver the prototype to you so that you can physically inspect the size, weight, balance, and craftsmanship in real life something no digital preview can fully replace.
Final Adjustments Before Mass Production
After reviewing the physical sample, you can request final tweaks or refinements whether it’s adjusting details, proportions, or small design elements. Only after your confirmation do we proceed to tooling and mass production. This process ensures higher accuracy, reduced risk, and complete confidence before large-scale manufacturing begins.
